What ARK360 is
ARK360 is the trading name of Arkitectrl Pty Ltd, a specialist studio in Sydney run by James Park, Principal Solution Architect (applied AI, Azure and OutSystems).
Intelligent systems for real operations. ARK360 designs and delivers connected systems for building, property and venue operations, combining enterprise application delivery with purpose-built managed solutions.
It helps organisations that operate buildings, properties and venues connect their workflows, business systems and physical access.

Two ways to work
Enterprise projects. Discovery and architecture, application delivery on Microsoft Azure and .NET, Power Platform where your estate runs on Microsoft 365, integrations, workflow automation and scoped ongoing support. OutSystems ODC delivery where you already run it.
Managed industry solutions. Reusable products configured, integrated and supported for a defined operational need, built and run on Microsoft Azure, with a hosting model agreed for each solution.
A fixed project fee agreed in writing, a deposit before work starts and the balance on milestones written down together. Ownership and hosting are agreed at the same time.
Solutions
BTR OS, for build-to-rent operators: the resident lifecycle, move-in and move-out coordination, access and service requests on one record. In development. A reference build on Azure, not in use with any operator. Designed for a customer-owned Azure tenant.
Access OS, for venues that need bookings, payments and physical access connected: a booking becomes a pass that opens the right door for the right time. In development and validation. No live customers, no proven deployments, no general availability. Access OS is hosted by ARK360.
Clear ownership, controlled access and a hosting model agreed for each solution.
Technology
ARK360 builds and runs systems on Microsoft Azure and .NET: infrastructure your organisation already trusts, with clear ownership and controlled access. Where your estate runs on Microsoft 365, Power Platform and Copilot Studio are part of the delivery. Where you already run OutSystems ODC, ARK360 delivers on it.
