How we work

One loop. One build at a time.

One loop: discover, design, build, deploy. One build at a time, with a human always in command. Spec-first and secure by design, delivered in your own tenant so nothing leaves your control.

The loop

Discover, design, build, deploy.

Discover
Map the work as it actually runs: the roles, the systems, the governance that already constrains a decision. The brief is what must stay true when the agent is live.
Design
Specify the agent as a role with boundaries: what it may prepare, what it may coordinate, and what only a person can release. Spec-first so the build has a surface to be wrong against.
Build
Implement on the Microsoft platform inside your tenant, alongside the systems you already run. Secure by design, with auditability treated as part of the delivery rather than a later review.
Deploy
Hand over a system people can operate. One build at a time, with a human always in command, so nothing leaves your authority when it goes live.

What does not move

The constraints that keep the build honest.

One build at a time
Capacity is deliberate. The studio takes on one engagement at a time so the person who scopes the work is the person who delivers it.
Human in command
Agents prepare, coordinate and act within a role. A person releases what matters. Nothing acts unattended without that release path.
In your tenant
Delivery lands in your Microsoft tenant under your authority. Spec-first and secure by design so control does not leave with the build.

Start a conversation

If the loop fits the work you have.

Email is the shortest path. A few lines on the problem, the systems already in play and what a useful first conversation would cover is enough.
