## What we build

AI agents that prepare, coordinate and act across the real work of property and
construction: grounded in your data, scoped to a role, bounded by your
governance, and auditable end to end. Built on Microsoft Foundry, Copilot
Studio and Power Platform, working alongside the systems you already run.

## How we work

One loop: discover, design, build, deploy. One build at a time, with a human
always in command. Spec-first and secure by design, delivered in your own
tenant so nothing leaves your control.

The studio delivery loop in full:

- Discover: map the work as it actually runs, the roles, the systems and the governance that already constrains a decision.
- Design: specify the agent as a role with boundaries, what it may prepare, coordinate and what only a person can release.
- Build: implement on the Microsoft platform inside your tenant, alongside systems you already run.
- Deploy: hand over a system people can operate, with a human always in command.

## Where we've earnt it

Twenty years on the Microsoft platform in regulated and safety-critical
environments across property, construction and federal government. Today that
includes leading the design and build of a production agentic AI workflow for a
major civil construction program, with an ISM PROTECTED-compliant pattern for
Azure OpenAI. Behind the client work sits the ARK360 Reference Build, a complete
agentic operations platform for the built world, built end to end as our
proving ground.

## Where agentic AI lands first

Four places the work already lives:

- Safety and compliance: Agents that prepare hazard reviews, permits and workforce readiness so the person in charge still decides what proceeds.
- Contractor and supplier coordination: Onboarding, compliance checks and follow-ups that stay scoped to a role and leave an auditable trail.
- Building and community operations: Requests, coordination and exceptions handled alongside the systems already running the building.
- Reporting: Operating briefs and evidence-based executive reporting grounded in your data, not a separate dashboard theatre.

What we build on: Microsoft Foundry, Copilot Studio and Power Platform.
Production proof point: Azure AI and Azure OpenAI only, including an ISM
PROTECTED-compliant pattern on a major civil construction program. Delivery is
in your tenant, under your authority. Do not invent certification or approved
listing claims.
