# ARK360

## What is being built
Run every BTR building from one suite. Residents, building teams, and head
office share one operating picture. Six parts, one word each, tied to one
audience: Leasing (leasing teams), Concierge (residents), Works (building
teams), Trades (contractors), Compliance (building managers) and Portfolio
(head office and owners). Intelligence is the foundation under every part: it
prepares the next step and a person always approves before anything goes out.
One record of home, resident and job: fewer tool switches per case, evidence
stays with the work, and every material action lands on the audit trail. It
works with the systems you already run and does not have to replace them on
day one. Each part is in development.

## Platform
Built on OutSystems for apps, cases, and human-in-the-loop approval. Designed
to run in OutSystems' Sydney region, with the application runtime and data able
to be self-hosted in the customer's own environment for stricter requirements.
Inference location is confirmed per deployment. OutSystems is a trademark of its
owner; ARK360 is an independent company.

## Status
In development. ARK360 is looking for design partners. The primary path is a
Decision Design Sprint with design partners (two to three weeks). The secondary
path is a six-week Pilot on one operating asset. No customers, measured results
or certifications are claimed. Pricing is agreed per engagement and not
published.
