Twenty years on the Microsoft platform in regulated and safety-critical environments across property, construction and federal government. Today that includes leading the design and build of a production agentic AI workflow for a major civil construction program, with an ISM PROTECTED-compliant pattern for Azure OpenAI. Behind the client work sits the ARK360 Reference Build, a complete agentic operations platform for the built world, built end to end as our proving ground.
