The turn

Processes do not adopt AI. People do.

Enterprise AI fails at the process and succeeds at the person. So transformation does not start with a system. It starts with someone.

I find the role where the week disappears, put a bounded agent inside it, and give the person back their judgement time. One person. One agent. Then multiply.

The idea

The better question

The prevailing question is what AI can replace. The better question is what a person becomes when intelligence is built around them: more perceptive, faster to act, protected from error, freed from the grind.

A person, and alongside them an intelligent system that extends what they can do. The system carries the cognitive load. It watches, prepares and executes under delegated authority, handing back control the moment judgement is required. The person stays in command.

The offer

One way in. Book an Amplification Audit.

I start every engagement the same way. In an Amplification Audit I map where your best people spend their week, find the roles worth amplifying, and tell you honestly which one to prove first. If nothing is worth building, that is a useful answer and you will have it early. The audit fee credits toward the build that follows.

Proof

Twenty years on Microsoft. One method, proven end to end.

I have spent twenty years delivering on the Microsoft platform for enterprise and government, all of it as employed or contract work, including embedded consulting for Mirvac and ADCO. I built a governed Power Platform Centre of Excellence inside ANSTO under ISM and IRAP-aligned governance. To prove the agentic method, I built BTR OS, a complete AI-native build-to-rent operations platform and a reference build: it has no paying customers and no live operators. It exists to prove the method.

Trust

Trusted AI, in your own tenant.

Everything I build runs on rails you own. It lives in your Azure subscription, keeps your data resident in Australia, aligns to your Entra Conditional Access policy, and never sends anything outbound on its own.

Your tenant. Your data. Your rails. Human in command.

How it runs

Tell me where the week goes.

Book an Amplification Audit and I will tell you honestly whether this is worth building. If it is not, that is a useful answer too.
