Pricing and engagement

The Amplification Audit.

This is the way in. Every engagement starts with the audit, because a build named by a map is worth commissioning and a build named by a sales conversation is not. What follows it is published here in full, for both tiers.

What it is

What the audit is, and what you get.

Two to three weeks of structured work inside the workflows your team already runs, ending in a document rather than a proposal.

The audit is the way in, never a standalone product. It ends by naming the first build worth doing, and the written map is yours whether or not you commission it.

The amplification map

Where the coordination load sits across your teams, workflow by workflow, with the hours attached to each.

The first build worth doing

One workflow named, with its scope, its out-of-scope list and a cost envelope you can take into a budget conversation.

The governance posture

How authority, audit trails and data residency would be set up in your own tenant, written down before anything is built.

The audit fee is credited against a build commissioned within 90 days. If the map says AI is not worth your money yet, it says so in writing, and you keep the map.

Institutional tier

For institutional owners and operators.

How pricing works

How a range becomes a fixed price.

  1. 01

    The audit names the build

The written map ends with one recommended build: its scope, its out-of-scope list, and a cost envelope inside the ranges on this page.

  2. 02

The fee is fixed in writing

Before any build starts you receive a fixed fee against that written scope. Not an estimate, not a rate card: a number.

  3. 03

    Change is written too

If scope changes, the change and its price are agreed in writing before work continues. The fee never moves quietly.

All figures exclude GST. Ranges are indicative; your fee is fixed in writing before work starts and stays fixed unless scope changes in writing. There are no hourly surprises and no licence resale: software subscriptions sit in your own tenant, billed to you directly.
