The current position
The site collects nothing.
Stated plainly, because a privacy page that describes collection which does not exist is worth less than no page at all.
This page explains how personal information is handled at www.ark360.com.au. It is current as at 3 August 2026.
Every page on this site is a static file. There is no contact form, no newsletter signup, no chat widget, no comment field, no login and no shopping cart. The site sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and carries no advertising or tracking pixels. Nothing you read, click or scroll here is recorded by ARK360.
The primary call to action opens a booking page outside this site, and the LinkedIn links open LinkedIn. Those services run under their own privacy policies, and what you send through them is what they receive.
The Amplification Audit tool is not live yet. When it launches it will collect the information you choose to give it during that conversation. Before it collects anything, this page is updated with the collection notice, the retention position for each category of information, and the security measures behind it.
The framework
How the Australian Privacy Principles apply.
ARK360 handles personal information under the Privacy Act 1988 and the Australian Privacy Principles. Six of them bear on a site in this state.
APP 1: Open and transparent management
This page is the notice, and it describes the site as it stands rather than as it may become. ARK360 is the practice of James Park, Principal Solution Architect, based in Sydney, Australia. He is accountable for everything on this page and is reachable through the path set out below.
APP 3: Collection of solicited personal information
Nothing is solicited here. There is no field to type into, no file to upload and no account to create, so the site asks you for nothing at all. If you make contact through the booking link or through LinkedIn, only what you choose to write in that message reaches ARK360.
APP 5: Notification of collection
No collection means no notification is owed today. When the Amplification Audit tool goes live, a collection notice appears at the point of collection, before the first question, stating what is asked for, why, and what happens to it.
APP 6: Use and disclosure
Nothing is collected on this site, so nothing from it is used or disclosed. Anything you send directly is used only to answer it and to run the engagement it belongs to. It is never sold, never rented, and never passed to a data broker or an advertising network.
APP 8: Cross-border disclosure
There is no overseas disclosure, because there is nothing to disclose. The site is a set of static files hosted on Microsoft Azure, and no page sends your visit to a third party: no analytics tag, no advertising pixel, no embedded video and no externally hosted font. Client systems ARK360 builds run in the client's own tenant with data resident in Australia East.
APP 11: Security of personal information
The site holds no personal information, which is the strongest security position available to it. Correspondence you send directly is kept only while the conversation it belongs to is live. When the audit tool launches, the storage, encryption and access controls behind it are described on this page before it collects anything.

How to raise something.
There is no form on this site, deliberately, so the path runs through a person.
Questions about this page, requests to see or correct anything ARK360 holds about you, and complaints about how information has been handled all go to James Park directly, through LinkedIn. A response follows within 30 days, which is the period the Privacy Act allows for a privacy complaint.
If a complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction, you can take it to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
