What this site collects, exactly.
ARK360 does not set a cookie, run analytics or load anything from another origin. The one thing this site collects is what you choose to type into the enquiry form.
The enquiry form
What you type is what is kept.
The enquiry form collects your name, your email address, your company if you give it, and your message. That is stored in a private database and read by James Park to reply to you. It is used for nothing else: no mailing list, no resale, no profiling.
Reading a page records nothing about you. There is no cookie, no analytics event and no third-party request to observe your visit.
Your rights
Copy, correction, deletion.
If you email james.park@ark360.com.au, that message is handled in your mail client and mine, the same way any correspondence is.
Ask for a copy of what is held about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Deletion is done on request, without needing a reason, and you will get confirmation when it is done.
If you are unhappy with how a request was handled, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
