Insurances, licences, inductions and the compliance pack, collected by email and chased by whoever noticed it was missing. It has to be right, and it has to be evidenced later.
Approvals and delegations
Who may approve what, to what value, and what happens when they are on leave. The rule is usually clear and the trail of having followed it usually is not.
Board and executive reporting
A pack rebuilt by hand each cycle from systems that already hold every number in it. The analysis is the valuable part and it is the part that gets the least time.
Development coordination
Consultants, authorities and programme, each with their own cadence and their own inbox, converging on one person's calendar.

The data is already in your finance system, your asset register and your document store. What I build reads from those, assembles the pack or the compliance view, and leaves it in draft for a person to check. Nothing is republished as a new source of truth.

Contractor lifecycle portals and executive reporting platforms across Tier 1 property, delivered as employed and contract work, not ARK360 client work. Onboarding and compliance for contractors, and the reporting layer executives actually read, built on the systems that already held the data. Still in use, and still owned by the businesses that commissioned it.
