How to work with me
Start small, prove it, then multiply.
Four steps, one way in. Each is a real answer on its own, not a step you are forced to climb. The Amplification Audit fee credits toward the build that follows.
The ladder
Four steps, one way in.
- 01
Amplification Audit
Find the roles. I map where your best people spend their week and find the roles worth amplifying. You get a written shortlist of candidate roles, the one I would prove first, and an honest read on whether any of it is worth building. Fixed scope, fixed fee, credited toward your first build.
- 02
First Amplified Workflow
Prove one. I take the highest-value workflow inside that role and build one agent that carries it, inside the licensing you already hold. A person approves what matters, the record writes itself as it goes, and you find out fast whether the idea survives contact with real work.
- 03
Amplified Role Build
Ship the unit. The full unit: one person, one agent, bounded authority, full audit. Built in your own subscription, with each agent holding the narrowest authority that does its job, its hand-back conditions written before any code, and every action landing in an audit trail.
- 04
Care
Keep it climbing. Ongoing care once the unit is live: evaluations, tuning, and moving the workflow up The Climb as its verification arrives. The agent earns more autonomy over time, never before it is proven.
Pricing posture
On pricing
I do not publish a single price, because the shape of the work varies too much for a number on a page to be honest. What I can tell you plainly: an Amplification Audit is a fixed-scope, fixed-fee engagement, and that fee credits toward your first build. It is a short conversation to give you a real number, and I would rather do that than have you guess.
Find the roles worth amplifying.
Tell me where the week goes and I will tell you honestly whether this is worth building. If it is not, that is a useful answer too.
