I would rather show you the method working than talk about it. Here is what I have built, described exactly as it is, with nothing inflated.
The reference build
To prove the agentic method end to end, I built BTR OS solo: a complete, AI-native build-to-rent operations platform. It is deployable and it works.
It has no paying customers and no live operators. It is a reference build: it exists to prove the method, not a product I am selling you. You can see how a role gets amplified, how authority is bounded, and how every action is audited, before you commission a single thing.
Enterprise and government
Each of these was delivered as employed or contract work, not ARK360 client work, and saying so is the only way the record means anything.
Tier 1 constructor
Delivered as contract work, not ARK360 client work
Built for a Tier 1 constructor and delivered in one week on the OutSystems Agent Workbench with Azure OpenAI, grounded in safety-critical procedures. It is not live in production, and I will not claim it is.
What persisted: Now in design and build for production.
Federal government
Delivered as employed work, not ARK360 client work
Built inside ANSTO, a federal science agency, under ISM and IRAP-aligned governance: a governed, repeatable delivery model that replaced legacy silos with real-time executive reporting.
What persisted: It persisted after I left, which is the only test of that kind of work that means anything.
Property and construction
Delivered as embedded consulting, 2017–2022, not ARK360 client work
Embedded consulting across Tier 1 and Tier 2 property and construction: real-time reporting platforms, contractor lifecycle portals and automated finance workflows on the Microsoft stack.
What persisted: Still in use, and still owned by the businesses that commissioned it.
Two decades delivering on the Microsoft platform for enterprise and government, from .NET and SharePoint through Power Platform and OutSystems to agentic development. The habit that whole arc taught: prove value with something small and real before asking for trust at scale.
