A person stays accountable.
Consequential decisions stay with a person. A system can draft, find or flag. It does not send, disable or file on its own.
Principles
Four short doctrines. They are how I try to work, not a product promise and not a certification.
Doctrines
Consequential decisions stay with a person. A system can draft, find or flag. It does not send, disable or file on its own.
The people who run the work should own the system. Data stays theirs. The method is a way to build, not a product they rent forever.
I would rather a slower, reviewed step than an agent that acts alone. No model is claimed as live unless the work page says it is.
Live, ready for a pilot, or in design. I say what exists, what is being designed, and what is not. I do not invent customers, metrics or uniqueness.
If a piece of work cannot meet these, I do not describe it as done. Status stays on the work page, in plain words.
