- What is ARK360?
- An independent AI studio for property and construction. We design and build governed agentic systems on the Microsoft platform, in your tenant, under your authority. ARK360 is not a platform in market.
- What do you build?
- AI agents that prepare, coordinate and act across the real work of property and construction: grounded in your data, scoped to a role, bounded by your governance, and auditable end to end.
- What is the Reference Build?
- A complete agentic operations platform for the built world, built end to end as our proving ground and method proof. It is not a product in market: no customers, no operators and no pilot recruitment.
- How do we start a conversation?
- Email james.park@ark360.com.au. A few lines on the problem you are working on, the systems already in play and what a useful first conversation would cover is enough. James reads and responds to every message personally.
- Does this site collect data?
- No. The site sets no cookie, runs no analytics and loads nothing from another origin. Email conversations happen outside this site. See the privacy notice.
- Who is the founder?
- James Park, in Sydney. Around twenty years on the Microsoft platform across property, construction and federal government. Prior work at Mirvac, ADCO and ANSTO was employed or contract work and is not ARK360 client work.
