- Is this for any Australian SME?
- No. Built for legal, property, medical and retail businesses.
- Do I own it?
- Yes. We install on a box in your office and hand it over. Care is optional.
- Does AI act without me?
- No. A person stays in command. You review what leaves.
- What is early access?
- The one way in. A small number of installs, selected for fit, each on a box in the customer's office. Not a self-serve buy. Quoted in writing when a fit opens.
- How long until live?
- Early access first. When a fit opens we agree one workflow and sequence the install. One deployment at a time.
- Do I need developers?
- No. We map, build, install and hand over. You use the files and the tools you already have.
- Where does data sit?
- On the box in your office. If a workflow needs more, an optional Microsoft Azure cloud tenancy in an Australian region, and you decide what goes there.
- Does it need the cloud?
- No. The kit runs on a Mac or Windows box in your office. Microsoft Azure in an Australian region is optional, for heavier agents and integrations, and quoted separately.
- Is the medical kit clinical?
- No. Admin and protocol documents only: no diagnosis, no triage, no treatment. Nothing clinical, and no claim of certification.
- How is this different from other AI tools?
- Those are someone else's seats and apps. This is a private system you own, on a box in your office.
- What is Care?
- Optional monthly care, paused until the first kit is live. Not required to keep what you own.
- How do we start?
- Book a fit call with the enquiry form, or email. Twenty minutes on the work that fills your week and the files it lives in. James reads every message personally and tells you when a fit opens.
