Bookings without the back and forth.
Capacity and schedules set once per amenity, self-service reservations from the resident app, and usage that feeds straight into operator analytics.
Live in pilot. What we demo is what is running.
Set the rules once. Let residents book.
Capacity and schedules per amenity
Each amenity carries its own capacity, opening hours and booking rules. The gym, the rooftop terrace and the meeting room do not have to behave the same way.
Self-service from the app
Residents see availability and book from the app. No emails to the front desk, no paper diary, no double bookings.
Bookings on the resident record
Every booking is tied to the resident who made it, on the same record as their lease, access and rent.
Usage you can actually see
Amenity usage feeds operator analytics, so decisions about spaces are made on data, not on anecdotes about how busy the gym feels.
One record. Not another silo.
A booking is a governed action on the resident record, which is why eligibility, access and insight all come for free.
Eligibility is the record
Bookings belong to residents, so current residents book and former residents cannot. There is no second membership list to maintain.
ExploreAmenity spaces are governed doors
Entry to the gym or the terrace is an access event like any other, on the same hardware and the same trail.
ExploreUsage feeds the portfolio view
Amenity usage rolls up next to occupancy and arrears, so space decisions are made on the same governed data.
ExploreEvery booking attributable. Every rule enforced.
Booking rules are enforced by the platform, not by whoever is at the desk that day. A reservation, a change or a cancellation is an action somebody was allowed to take, under a role from Microsoft Entra, and each one lands on the audit trail as it happens. Disputes about who booked what end with a query, and the data never leaves Australia.
Where it sits, from application to keys.
Living
Visitors, amenity bookings and rent run from one app, until move-out reverses the flow.
See bookings run themselves.
Capacity set once, residents booking from the app, usage landing in analytics. All of it is live in pilot. Book a pilot and watch a reservation go from phone to record.
