The app is the resident's window onto the same record the operator runs. Nothing syncs, because there is nothing to sync: an unlock, an invite or a payment is one governed action on one platform.

03 — Governed by design

Resident actions are governed too.

An unlock, a visitor invite or a rent payment is a role-scoped tool call like anything an operator does, attributed and written to the same immutable audit trail. Biometric-capable readers are handled in line with the Privacy Act and OAIC guidance, and resident data stays in Australia.
